Cancellation Policy
CTT Egypt does not charge a cancellation fee for tours and excursions canceled for ‘force majeure’ reasons such as volcanoes, earthquakes, or reasons beyond control. If cancellation happens due to personal or business reasons and CTT Egypt has already incurred costs on your behalf, these costs will be transferred to you.

Pick up from hotel in Sharm and transfer to airport for flight to Cairo. Arrival Cairo and you will meet your guide and will be transferred by an air-conditioned vehicle to start your tour to visit the Great pyramids of Giza that lies on top of Giza plateau, here rise the three pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus, guarded by the mysterious Sphinx which is a mythical statue with the body of a lion and a human head. Five thousand years ago, Giza became the royal burial place for Memphis, the Pharaoh’s capital city. Giza’a three pyramids and the Sphinx were constructed in the 4th dynasty of Egypt’s Old Kingdom. About 2,500 BC, King Khufu, the second pharaoh of the fourth dynasty, commissioned the building of his tomb at Giza. On an average, over 2 million blocks of stone was used to build Khufu’s pyramid, and the heaviest blocks were used as the ceiling of Khufu’s burial chamber. Khufu’s son was the next in the royal line who commissioned the building of his own pyramid complex which includes the Sphinx. Each pyramid has a mortuary temple and a valley temple linked by long causeways that were rooted and walled. You will have time for shopping at the original papyrus institutes and perfume palaces Then you will move on to visit the Egyptian Museum which features artifacts from the Pharaonic period. Explore the history of ancient Egypt as you take a tour of this huge palace with 107 halls showcasing ancient Egyptian artefacts. See huge statues of kings, gods and goddesses on the ground floor, while the upper floor houses small statues, jewels and Tutankhamen treasures. It is the largest Egyptian antiques museum in the world and definitely the most interesting landmark in Cairo, your escorting guide will explain to you what the museum displays from the rare collection of 5000 years of art which is considered the largest most precious collection of Egyptian art in the world. Over 250,000 genuine artifacts are presented, including an exhibit dedicated to Tut Ankh Amun of treasure, gold and jewelry which was enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years before it was discovered in the 1920s when his tomb was discovered. Then you will be taken to the Christian monuments of the city that are of religious and historical significance. You will visit Al Moallaqa (The Hanging Church): It was built at the turn of the 4th century on the remains of the Roman fortress of Babylon.. Continue driving to Islamic Cairo, where you will be able to explore Khan El Khalili Bazaar, Cairo’s old bazaar. After tour end you will be transferred to airport to take the flight back to Sharm. Arrival Sharm and transfer back to your hotel.
