Terms and Condition

-Cancelation/No Show Policy/Early Departure:

-For each room cancellation within 14 days before the arrival date, there will be a charge of 02 night as cancellation fees.

-For each room cancellation within 07 days before the arrival date, a full charge will be applied.

-If each room is a no-show, a full charge will be applied.

-Bookings made with an early departure from the earlier check-out date confirmed when making the reservations will be applied to personal accounts of the equivalent of total room-night charges blocked and confirmed.

-Check-in / Check-out

-Check-in: check-in is at 14:00 hours.

-Rooms required before 14:00 hours on the day of arrival on a confirmed basis must be pre-blocked. -An additional one-night room charge will be levied.

-Check-out: Check-out is at 12:00 a.m. All late -check-outs are arranged based on availability and need to be confirmed by contacting the front desk directly.

-All reservations must be made on the official hotel reservation form.

-Full credit card details (number and expiry date) and flight details are required to guarantee your reservation.

-For late check-out requests (as per hotel availability), the charge will be as follows:

- Till 15:00 will be charged by 30% from the room rate.

- Till 17:00 will be charged by 50% from the room rate.

Late check-out does not include meals or beverages during the stay (for room only).
